Shipping Policy

Shree Dhara ships across India from our facility in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This policy explains how we handle order dispatch, delivery, and shipping-related queries.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed once we've verified your UPI payment, which we typically confirm within 24–48 hours of your order.
• Once confirmed, your order is packed and handed over to our courier partner within 2–4 business days.

Delivery Timelines

• Delivery generally takes 5–9 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or rural pin codes may take a little longer.
• You'll receive tracking details by email and WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹70 per order applies within India. Any change to this fee, or a free-shipping offer, is shown in your cart before you pay.

Delivery Attempts

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. If our courier partner is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply for a second attempt.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We aren't responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, extreme weather, strikes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control — but we'll do our best to keep you informed if this happens.
