RSS feedSlogging with socks up

It had already been more than 40 days since I got married, from that time I returned from marriage, I had been working day and night slogging at office. I cannot comment on either of the parties involved since its confidential and irritating to mention the happenings, but to my notice I am really sad to say that some people really go unnoticed of their mischievous tasks that had resulted in this mishap.Those who are responsible for these tantrums roam around easily and as a result of their blasted work, the final torch bearers of trouble will be the lower level.
Its really unbelievable to say that i have been promoted to AST in my company, because promotions /roles/designations matter least in any IT industry to my knowledge compared to the expectations of your immediate senior. In the last 8 years I too have worked with more than 16 Projects and 20 Managers both highly qualified and without any too.I have worked in highly process oriented SDLC lifecycle projects and highly non conforming projects that only focus on the end results too.But the only thing I noticed when working in both of them were the way they are being handled from inception.
Slogging is not the only solution for all these, and having a inverted triangle in the Project hierarchy really makes it more horrible to execute a project than easing the tasks distribution. The only solution for this type of prototype execution models is to leverage the tasks in hand and people on-board and put everyone to work rather than having 100 commanders guiding the boat.

Datafeedr that’s why I like QWIKFRONT

I had been so lazy that i could not work anymore on my plug-in site as well as plug-in hosted on my other site datafeedplug.in.Yes I’m speaking about the old guy Speedfeedr. hence I gave up on developing since I could not find enough time on developing that and resorted to buying the datafeedr to plug into my other site under progress. it was going smooth when I suddenly changed my mind to switch the niche due to some reasons on the other site.I came to my datafeedr membership area and started selecting my niche marketing merchants from the Merchants list, and everything went smooth until I clicked on the view shop button.
coming to the link something fishy was waiting for me to show up and that was

To select about 8-10 merchants and find that there is no data with datafeedr is really fishy, and I don’t think there is any need for me to hook up with datafeedr rising tickets or rising issues with them since its their issue unnoticed.And I am not here to point out their mistakes for my benefit, let them reply If they are really into business.Now what I’m gonna do ? well there exists another plugin unreleased of mine waiting to be launched, and its QWIKFRONT, still not released to the public,and I was waiting to use it on one of my site, and I think the right time has come now.
